Why Boast, and about What?

By | November 1, 2009

“But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. ‘ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.” (2 Corinthians 12:9-10)

Thanks Todd. I needed to be reminded of that. This is one of those weeks for me where His strength…and my weakness is more prominent. What a blessing though…such a good remedy for pride.

Good stuff! One of the best passage for vertical living versus horizontal bumbling!

On another note, congratulations for the inclusion of BiblePlaces.com with ALL Logos base products!
