Hey I was there at Passion07 and it was fantastic! 24,000 college students worshiping their Savior, getting challenged by great talks, being pushed towards missions and awareness of the what Christ is doing around the globe… good stuff. I was there with a current TMC student and another graduate and I think we represented the entire TMC delegation. Which is unfortunate because I think this would be a excellent conference for TMCers.
Pipers, Chans, and Louie’s talk from Friday night were the highlights. If you watch one, watch Chan’s; really powerful meditation on Revelation 3-4.
They made the announcement that you could watch them there on the website for a short time and then in the beginning of February they’d show up for sale on iTunes bundled with some of the live worship recordings.

Todd, were you in school with Francis Chan? If so, tell us what he’s really like.

As for Francis, he was before my time at the college. I’ve heard him tell stories about it, but can’t remember well enough to put it in print. He was part of an Israel tour I led some years ago.
