Impressive.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/2011\/04\/07\/texans-need-speed\/\">not just that 85 mph<\/a> may become a reality, but it&#8217;s what it tells us about Texans that I love.&#160; <\/p>\n<p>Yes, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.commonenglishbible.com\/Home\/tabid\/39\/Default.aspx\">another new major English translation<\/a> of the Bible.&#160; If you watch the promo, they &#8216;ll tell you it&#8217;s because they can&#8217;t find any they can understand.&#160; But that&#8217;s a lie.&#160; The real reason is that the publisher (the United Methodists) knows they can make a lot of money, not only from sales but also by not paying royalties for other translations.&#160; Complicit in all of this are the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.commonenglishbible.com\/Explore\/AbouttheCEB\/Translators\/tabid\/207\/Default.aspx\">dozens of biblical scholars<\/a> who apparently don&#8217;t have anything better to do and relish the thought of putting that they were a Bible translator on their CVs, in their personal bios, on their blogs, and in their email signatures.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s proof that In-n-Out is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.in-n-out.com\/grandopenings\/grandopenings.asp\">coming to Dallas<\/a> and two cities close to where we live.<\/p>\n<p>This 1.5-minute video is entitled &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0CN_HrkBlRs&amp;feature=player_embedded\">Funniest Japanese Girls Prank<\/a>.&#8221;&#160; I liked it.<\/p>\n<p>The best April Fool&#8217;s joke I saw this year was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pcworld.com\/article\/223992\/top_10_april_fools_day_fake_news_items_for_2011.html\">Google&#8217;s Autocompleter video<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>All this to sell a phone.
