But I can&#8217;t say I&#8217;m encouraged.<\/p>\n<p>The Mayo Clinic has seven tips for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mayoclinic.com\/health\/sleep\/HQ01387\">better sleep<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I enjoyed reading John Piper&#8217;s <em>Think<\/em>. I could envision requiring it for college students. (See my previous comments and quotations <a href=\"https:\/\/toddbolen.com\/blog\/2011\/05\/20\/think-some-quotations\/\">here<\/a>.) This month <a href=\"http:\/\/christianaudio.com\/free\">the audiobook is free<\/a>.
