Vocabulary Matters"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One of my interests that might surprise those who don&#8217;t know me well is worship and worship leading. While I&#8217;ve never led worship, I do lead the chapel team each semester in thinking through what we do and why. I&#8217;m reading a book now on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/ASIN\/0310247594\/bibleplaces-20\">6 Views on Worship<\/a>, and for the last few years I have read the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sovereigngraceministries.org\/worshipmatters\/\">Worship Matters<\/a> column by Bob Kauflin.  Last week Bob started his own <a href=\"http:\/\/worshipmatters.blogs.com\/bobkauflin\/\">blog<\/a> and he shares some good thoughts, including this one on &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/worshipmatters.blogs.com\/bobkauflin\/2005\/11\/expanding_our_w.html\">Expanding Our Worship Vocabulary<\/a>.&#8221; I recommend it to all, worship leaders or not, to help you think more carefully about worship.<\/p>\n<p>For those who don&#8217;t recognize Bob Kauflin&#8217;s name, he is director of worship development for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sovereigngraceministries.org\/\">Sovereign Grace<\/a> (formerly PDI), and the producer of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sovereigngraceministries.org\/music\/projects\/hymns\/upward.html\">Upward: The Bob Kauflin Hymns<\/a> Project.
